Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click from your billing page opens Stripe and you can cancel in seconds. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your account, saved trips, point balances, and card list stay. You lose access to the four Pro agents and the alert pipeline until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Why isn't this all free?
Other points sites pay for themselves with credit card affiliate commissions, which biases their recommendations toward the cards that pay them most. We take zero affiliate commissions on card applications, so subscriptions are how we keep the lights on and the recommendations honest.
Is my financial data safe?
We use Plaid in read-only mode to discover the cards you hold. We never see balances, statements, or transactions. Stripe handles billing, so your card number never touches our servers.
How accurate are the point valuations?
We refresh point values from public market data every six hours. Coach surfaces the source on every recommendation so you can verify before transferring anything.
Does Pro work for couples?
Yes. Invite your partner to a Family Household from your profile and the agents reason across both wallets together (combined application strategy, shared status benefits, household 5/24 tracking).
